How the Pairing Engine Works
Each wine is scored using 100+ varietal-specific pairing rules covering protein, cooking method, sauce, and cuisine. Rankings are by match quality — not price. A $20 wine that pairs perfectly outranks a $60 wine that doesn’t. Allergens appear under each dish. Glass & bottle pricing shows correctly in the PDF.
